Of course going to her blog was not much help except for her great pictures. I managed to create this card using Night of Bethlehem. I embossed the greeting and star with silver embossing powder. I cut the 2 dies from gold foil. The inside of this card is the real star.

Merry Christmas 2017
I saw this card on Pinterest months back created by kreativmitstempeln.bastelblogs.de/
Of course going to her blog was not much help except for her great pictures. I managed to create this card using Night of Bethlehem. I embossed the greeting and star with silver embossing powder. I cut the 2 dies from gold foil. The inside of this card is the real star.
The card front is 4 1/4 " x 11 " in Night of Navy. The inside is cut the same. Score both at 5 1/2". The inside is also scored at 2 7/8" from both sides. Adhere Whisper White pieces on either side cut 2 5/8" x 4" after embossing your greeting on the left side in silver embossing powder. I used a greeting from Wise Men from Afar. I die cut the people images from gold foil and popped them up with dimensionals. I used layering squares 2 1/8" square to cut a panel in the 2 center panels and the star. I placed velum to cover the openings. Place a tea light in the open center of the card and it looks like a beautiful lantern. I made 2 of these cards. One went to Shirley at our team luncheon and the other to my friend Damaris. I hope you all have a Blessed Christmas and thank you for following my blog.

Canal Street Class December 14, 2017
This birthday card was taught by me using Celebration Duo Embossing Folder, Number of Years, Five for All, Balloon Celebration, and Birthday Banners. The colors are Crushed Curry and Night of Navy. Both my cards use the debossed side of the embossed cardstock. If we used the embossed side on this card the happy would be backwards. This particular embossing folder only looks good debossed. Other embossing folders both sides look good. The quilt card below I cased from Tami White. The Quilt Top embossing folder gives a realistic stitched quilt look on the debossed side. I also like the embossed look not used on this card. I am so sad to see this bundle being retired. It was very popular and has application for use year round. Get yours before it is no longer available. It is while supplies last! The color pair I used is Bermuda Bay and Lemon Lime Twist. I love it! The card base is Pool Party. The stamp set is called Christmas Quilt. The bundle is also called Christmas Quilt.
Nancy's card uses hostess set Tranquil Tulips. The colors are Tempting Turquoise and Old Olive. The card below uses Pacific Point ink and Flourishing Phrases stamp set.

Sneak Peak at Party Pandas
This first picture I took at On Stage Live in Salt Lake city in November. It is so adorable! This are the samples from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog. My favorite time of the Stampin' Up year is right around the corner. Starting January 3-March 31, 2018 every $50 purchase earn a free item from this catalog. You can get this stamp set for free. New this year there is a level 2 earning meaning with a $100 purchase there are 2 items for free or pick 2 of the level one items. The cards below were made by some ladies who attended one of my Christmas card classes. They finished so quickly that I gave them this bonus card to make. They had to use some of their own creativity. Take a look below. I will have more classes at my home this Winter. I will post the information here soon. It will also be advertised at the Open House Nancy and I will have January 18 from 10 am until 2 pm at her house. I hope you can attend our Open House too. Thanks for looking.

Hometown Greetings Christmas Ornament
Here is the ornament I crafted for some of my friends this Christmas. I used the Hearts Come Home Bundle priced at $47.50. You save 10% . It will continue to be sold in January but no longer bundled. Hometown Greetings Edgelits Dies $32 and Hearts Come Home stamp set $21 in clear mount. I had such fun making these ornaments. I purchased the plastic 2 part ball ornaments from Michaels. You only use half for each ornament. I also purchased the mica flakes snow from Michaels. I colored the houses and trees with the new Stampin' Blends. I inked the paper behind with Soft Sky and Marina Mist ink and stamped Santa with Archival Black Ink. There are 2 rows of houses. On the back row I cut away all but the middle house. Here are some pictures of the construction. The hardest part was gluing the backing on. Some I used Multipurpose Tombow glue and others I used hot glue. The large white scallop on the back is a non Stampin' Up product. The layering circles largest scallop circle is not quite big enough.
Ink the background with sponges and stamp the Santa.
Use the Stampin' Blends to color the houses and trees.
I cut away all put the center house and tree.
Glue first edgelit flat with Tombow glue.
Lay second edgelit over top adhering with dimensionals.
Glue the edgelit pieces on and cut away the excess.
Here's where I placed the dimensionals.
Pile mica flakes carefully in the center.

Place glue around edge of inner circle. Carefully place plastic ornament on top and let dry.
Snow mica flakes that I used.
I hope you will give this a try. Maybe you can get started today for next Christmas. I tell myself that I will start in January so I am not so rushed and stressed in November and December. We'll see how that goes.

Canal Street Class November 30,2017
Both Nancy and I loved this bundle Musical Season in the Holiday catalog. This is a card I designed for class. Buy this Bundle while supplies last.
Nancy taught this bridge card using Hearts Come Home Bundle. Save 10% by buying this bundle before the end of the year. It will not be bundled come January 3, 2018.
This is the card I designed for class using Mediterranean Moments stamp set. It paired so nicely with the Post Script background stamp. The embossing folder is a sneak peak from the Ocassions catalog available January 3. I embossed the card with copper embossing powder and the leaf is punched from copper foil paper.
This last card was taught by Nancy.

Customer Stamparatus Launch Q &A
Q: How do I reserve my Stamparatus?
A: Normally you order Stampin’ Up! products through the online store; in this case, you will click the
RESERVE link on the Stamparatus page which will take you to the reservation page. For step-by-step
instructions, please see the How to Reserve Your Stamparatus Tutorial for Customers.
Q: What if I do not have a Stampin’ Up! customer account?
A: To reserve a Stamparatus, you must have a customer account. To create one, click Create Account on
the online store.
Q: Why does it take so long for the Stamparatus to ship?
A: We will place an order with the manufacturer based on how many reservations are made during any
given reservation window. Shipping dates depend on how long it takes the order to arrive in our
warehouse after the tools have been manufactured.
Q: Will the available-to-ship dates be the same for all markets?
A: Yes.
Q: Am I billed at the time I reserve my Stamparatus?
A: No. However, a credit card is required to reserve the product.
Q: When will I be charged for the Stamparatus?
A: When inventory arrives in the warehouse, we will add your reservation to a shopping cart. We will
then send you an email notifying you that your Stamparatus order is ready. Once you finalize payment
and close your order, the system will charge your credit card.
Q: Will I be able to add other products to my Stamparatus reservation?
A: No. However, once your reservation is transferred to your shopping cart, you will then be able to add
other items to your order. Important note: Please do not delete the Stamparatus from your order. We
will not be able to add it back and you will lose your reservation.
Q: Will I be able to update my address and credit card information when I open my shopping bag to
complete my order?
A: Yes.
Q: What if I change my mind and want to cancel my reservation?
A: You can cancel your reservation at any time. To cancel, please see the How to Reserve Your
Stamparatus Tutorial for Customers PDF.
Q: Will the tool be available in the 2018–2019 annual catalog?
A: Yes. Once the annual catalog ordering period begins, you will be able to order the Stamparatus as you
would any other product. Reservations will no longer be required, and there will be no limit on the
number of tools you can order.
Q: Once the Stamparatus has been added to my shopping cart, how long will it stay there?
A: Indefinitely. As with all products, it will be subject to temporary interruptions in availability
depending on demand.
Q: When I close my order, can I take advantage of current Stampin’ Up! promotions?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I participate in all three reservation periods?
A: Yes.
Q: How many stamp placement tools can I reserve per reservation window?
A: For customers, there is a limit of 1 per reservation window.
Q: How did we come up with the name Stamparatus?
A: We landed on an innovative name by combining two words that speak to the end use of the tool as
well as Stampin’ Up! branding.
Stamp: To impress a pattern or mark (especially an official one) on
a surface, object, or document using an engraved or inked
block or die or other instrument
Apparatus: The technical equipment or machinery needed for a
particular activity or purpose
Stamp + Apparatus = Stamparatus

Reserve Your Stamparatus Thurs Nov. 16 at 4 pm Eastern!
I just returned from On Stage Salt Lake City where they announced the launch of our newest product, Stamparatus for $49 plus shipping and tax. The room was roaring when they announced this to demonstrators in attendance. This is a must have tools ladies. It is unlike any stamp tool on the market. It has 2 open edges allowing any size paper. There are 2 plates and 2 sides. That makes 4 surfaces to place stamps for perfect positioning. The plate lifts off and can be moved down a notch for perfect repeat stamping. Watch the video below and be amazed. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME BOTH CUSTOMERS AND DEMONSTRATORS CAN ORDER THIS TOOL AT THE SAME TIME. Because of the limited supply it will be a reserve system. You must reserve it at the online store with a credit card. Please make sure I am listed as your demonstrator and you have the correct address listed under my account. Please read the Q & A posted below. Those who order on November 16-30 while supplies last will receive theirs around February 1. You will not be charged until the item ships. You will receive an email to go back to the online store and finalize your order. You will be able to add other items at this time, receive special promotions going on, and put in a hostess code if needed. Remember Stampin' Up is available for questions if you need help. Call 1-800-STAMPUP. Earn a free class on using this tool from me by reserving yours on November 16-30.

Shoebox Swap with my Team
Three times a year members of my team get together to have a class for each other. Everyone brings the supplies for those in their group of 4 to 5 people to make a card or 3D item. We had 12 people participate this time. Shirley also made a cute Halloween treat for us. Thanks Shirley. Everyone also brought an ingredient for our salad bar lunch. It was a frightfully fun day!
