New Catalog Open House May 30,2018

You're invited!  Here's a preview of 2 cards that will be on display at Nancy's and my Catalog Launch Open House.  The top card is made with Stitched All Around Bundle and the bottom card is created with some sponging of Subtle colors on Very Vanilla cardstock and an overlay of Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper.  The great thing about this laser cut paper is that it is white on one side and vanilla on the other side.  This is one of the cards I will be teaching at a class this July  18 at my home.  Contact me today if you are interested or sign up at the Open House.  The Open House runs from 10 am to 2 pm at 1725 Hagood Loop.  There will be a free make 'n take, door prizes, catalogs of course.  There will be paper shares of Tea Room, Broadway Bound, Share What You Like, Graceful Glass, Twinkle Twinkle, Under the Mistletoe, Nature's Poem, Petal Promenade, Tranquil Textures, Garden Impressions, Tropical Escape, Animal Expedition, Best Route, and 2018-20 In Color DSP.  We will have shares of the 2018-2020 In Color ribbons 1/8" grosgrain ribbon.  Come see all the great new colors in the color revamp, see the new ink pad cases up close, see demonstrations of new tools and visit with you paper crafting friends.

                I love this cute little poodle from Birthday Delivery.  This set is retiring, so get it soon.

Here's the card I designed using Waterfront stamp set.  This is a must have stamp set for recreating a water color look scene with ease.  It has been a top seller this catalog. The colors are Lemon Lime Twist, Emerald Envy, Berry Burst, Soft Sky, and Peekaboo Peach.  Such an easy way to decide on colors is to follow the colors put together in Stampin' Up Designer Series Paper.

This is Nancy's first card using Share What You Love Suite of products available this month.

This is her second card using Perennial Birthday stamp set in the new 2018-2020 In Colors.  These colors are also available as a bundle to customers this month.

This is the wreath card I taught using The Orange Blossom stamp set and coordinating Designer Series Paper available while supplies last. Below is the inside of the card.

The second card using Message In A Bottle stamp set retiring in June.  I used a non Stampin' Up die with peek-a-boo windows to reveal the cute images on the front.  I used the Blossom Builder punch to cut the starfish.  The sand dollar is from a new die set available June 1 called Under the Sea.  The colors on this card are Night of Navy, Real Red and Pool Party.  The twine is retired color Crisp Cantaloupe.  Thanks for looking.  Contact me today to place your order for retiring products or new bundles.

Sharon shared this cute cafe cup treat holder and the purse with matching note cards.  She is making them for gifts.  She makes the cards with coordinating designer series paper.

Three wonderful people brought treats to are meeting.  Thank you ladies.  Mary-Elizabeth brought chocolate chip cookies, Doris the nut cookies and Sharon the fruit kabobs.  This new more casual format was called Coffee, cookies and cards with Carrie.  I shared some information about the Color Revamp and highlights from On Stage.  I had all my new goodies on display.  We played with the Black Ice technique and coloring with Stampin' Blends on DSP.  Sharon showed us all how to make the purse to hold note cards.  Most attendees swapped a card.  All in all it was a enjoyable day with lots of sharing of ideas.  Thanks to all who participated.  Our next meeting is July 5 at 1 pm.

Canal Class April 26,2018

 This I used Bird Banter, Birthday Wit stamp sets. The colors are Emerald Envy (retiring soon), Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo. I used the Stampin' Blends to color in the bird that was stamped with Crushed Curry. The bottom card was a breeze to make using In the Trees stamp set with the Stamparatus .  The stamp set retires May 31.
