                          Carrie's card made with Build a Bike framelits and Bike Ride stamp set.  We used the new Stamparatus to get perfect placement of the wheels.  It worked like a charm!

Fun Fold Party Panda card

I totally cased this card from Wendy Lee.  There are other cases out there too.  I think she cased the idea from someone else.  I loved the bright colors she used.  Bermuda Bay my favorite SU color and Daffodil Delight.  This card uses a lot of cardstock but it is worth it!  Having a Stamparatus made making this card a breeze.  The base of the card is a sheet of cardstock scored in the middle both ways.  Remove the top left panel.  Attach the yellow mat then cut a circle through both layers.  Make a pencil line on the white layer where the circle is.  Cut a little larger circle centered on the white piece.  Make a mark on the white  inside piece where the circle falls so you know where to stamp the top panda.  Then add the panda just below.  On the very inside piece stamp the panda holding balloons.  Punch 2 small balloons with the yellow scraps and one large balloon with the Bermuda Bay scraps.  Attach balloons and use a black marker to add the strings.  My Club ladies will be making this card this month.  Who wouldn't want to receive this bright and fun card in the mail?

The top 2 cards I created.  The second card I used a  die from another company.  The Happy wishes stamp set is free during SAB with purchase of $100.

Blossoming Basket Bundle

I have fallen in love with the Blossoming Basket Bundle free with a $100 purchase between now and March 31.  I made a card for the Canal Street Class on March 8.  The colors were inspired by a sweater I wore that week.  I did pull out some retired markers and ribbon to create it.

The colors I used were Flirty Flamingo card base, Pink Pirouette mat embossed with basket weave and the flowers were colored with Pink Pirouette, Flirty Flamingo, and Peek a Boo Peach markers or Blends.  The leaves were colored with Pistachio Pudding.  I guess the color in the sweater was more Lemon Lime Twist.  I really liked the look of the ruffled retired ribbon.

                             I designed this card using Hello Easter stamp set #145783.

                 I cased this card using Lots of Lavender stamp set free with $50 purchase.

Nancy taught this card using You're Inspiring stamp set and Basket weave embossing folder.   The embossing folder with a stamp set with a basket of flowers is available for free with a $100 purchase.  I will be using this bundle of product at class on March 8.  Check back in a couple of days to see those class cards.

The last card Nancy taught uses Truly Tailored stamp set and True Gentleman Designer Series Paper.  I love the soft 3/8" Night of Navy Corduroy Ribbon!  It has been busy here in The Villages this Winter.  Things should be quieting down in a few more weeks when some of the Seasonal Residents head back North. We hope you can join us for a class sometime soon.
