 This is a great new catalog filled with all your Fall and Christmas crafting needs.  This catalog runs just 4 short months.  Popular items may run out early and return but maybe not in time for your holiday needs.  I understand you may not be able to purchase all your wants at one time.  My suggestion is to try to prioritize by when you need the items and your top wants.  Stampin' Up continues to strive to try to predict which items will be popular and balance that with not over ordering and having excess product at the end of a catalog.  If you need assistance, I'm an email or phone call away.  It may be best to order your product online as some items have already sold out on the first day.  If you can't get something on your list I can look up when it is expected back in stock.  Nancy and I will be having an Open House Thursday September 21 from 10 am to 2 pm at 1725 Hagood Loop.  We will have 75 plus cards on display, paper and ribbon shares for purchase, assistance with planning your holiday cards etc.  Come meet with other crafters and bring your cameras and a friend.  I will have Christmas card classes at my home this Fall.  Let me know if you are interested in signing up.

These are the four cards Nancy and I taught at Canal Street Card Making Class on Thursday. For a change we did not case anyone else’s card. Both of us were trying to use up designer series papers and stamps and dies that are retiring soon. Thanks for taking a look. Exciting new colors and products coming on May 2. Nancy and I will have an open house to showcase all the beautiful new products and colors on May 10 from 10 am to 2 pm. It will be at 1856 Hartford Path. This is a card I recently designed using a new set from the 2023-2024 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog called Lazy Days. The colors are Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath, Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate and Soft Seafoam. I loved how it turned out. My club ladies will make this card for May Club.  You can order this set starting May 2.

Lake Okahumpka Craft Room

 I’m so excited to be starting a new class at a brand new recreation center in The Villages. The address is 4505 Okahumpka Run.It can be reached by heading just South of Hwy 44 on Meggison Road.  The craft room looks out the the beautiful lake and boardwalk. There is also a screened porch with tables off the craft room. Eventually a restaurant will be built on the site and people will be kayaking from there. The beautiful view will be a great inspiration for a class teaching nature themed cards. The class will start in February and meet the second Friday of the month at 12:45 pm. We will make 4 cards for $15. Preregistration is required.  You will need to bring your own scissors and adhesive. Contact me today to hold your spot. Class size is limited to 16. Post it Holder Club Card

 This is one of the cards my Club made this month. I used Beautifully Happy stamp set which is free with $100 purchase during Salebration while supplies last.  The dies used are Framed Florets. The colors used are Granny Apple Green and Gorgeous Grape.  The ribbon used is retired. Cut the base piece 4 1/4” x 11. Score at 5 1/2”, 2 3/4”. Cut another piece for the front 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”. White Cardstock is cut 4 x 5 1/4”. Another scrap of white is needed to cut the oval. I used 3 x 3 post it notes.

Seaside Bay Make ‘n Take Card

This is the card those that attended the mini catalog open house on January 5 were able to make. The card base is Mint Macaron. The By the Bay paper coordinates with Coastal Cabana according to the catalog but I think Mint Macaron matches better. I love the gold in the designer paper.  Being I live in Florida and love the beach this stamp set is my favorite in the new mini catalog. The images are stamped in Crumb Cake and Mint Macaron ink. The shells are colored with Petal Pink Blend.I added a Petal Pink die cut shell to the bottom of the card.  I have classes upcoming on January 12 and 26 at Canal Street Recreation Center at 9 am and 1 pm. I also have a new class starting at Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center on February 10 at 12:45. Contact me to preregister by calling 414-801-0870.
