December 2020 Canal Street Class Cards

 

The bottom 2 cards were designed and taught by me. The top 2 cards Nancy taught the group. We are having 16 people per class with 2 at each table. The capacity of the room is 80 people. Everyone wears a mask. Those feeling ill are asked to stay home. We are so grateful to be holding classes. Happy Holidays to you all. We look forward to our seasonal friends returning. Nancy and I will be having an open house in January with paper and ribbon shares. Check back here for more information.

Canal Street Class October 22, 2020

 

 These first 2 cards Nancy taught the group. The first one is embossed vellum cardstock. The reindeer card uses a great postage punch.

I was using up some leftover supplies from this Spring when we weren't able to have classes. I love this cute koala bear cut with matching dies from the designer paper. The bottom card uses Poinsettia Petals bundle and Pointsettia Place designer paper.  This is my absolute favorite bundle in the holiday mini catalog. The card front is embossed with Winter Snow embossing folder. The center and berries are cut from gold foil paper to add some sparkle.

Fun Treats, Gifts for My On Stage at Home Team Attendees

 

This is the gift Stampin ‘ Up sent to Silver Elite and higher attendees of On Stage at Home. I love the pretty beaded fob for my scissors and scissors. Who doesn’t need a new sharp pair of scissors?

This is the special treat packaging I made for my friends attending the On Stage event with me using Celebrations Tidings Bundle.

I made this Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry corsage with the Prized Peony dies and Ornate Frames dies. I love how it turned out. I made 2 of them one for  Rona Goldberg and one for Marcia Talboo both celebrating 5 years with Stampin’ Up and being part of my team. I can’t wait to celebrate 10 years with them.

I covered the front of composition note books with Forever Greenery DSP and Pretty Peacock Scalloped Linen Ribbon. I made a label on the back using  Stitched So Sweetly dies. The leaf die I used was from the Curvy Celebration dies available this month and in the upcoming mini catalog. I used the Make a Difference stamp set to personalize each one. That set comes in handy for making tags for bags for my Club, place cards for my special teas and holiday table. It is a must have stamp set. I hope you enjoyed seeing my special handmade gifts. Paper Pumpkin Sneak Peak November 2020

 This Jolly Gingerbread themed kit will make 15 gift card carriers and coordinating envelopes. Christmas Card Classes October 29, November 4, and November 19

 I will be having 3 different Christmas card classes for up to 6 people at my home. There will be 2 people per table with masks required if within 6 ft of one another. See the cards for October 29 class below.  All classes at 1 pm.

 The first 2 cards were taught by Nancy.

This is Carrie's card using Detailed Bands dies and Sounds of the Seasons dies. The 2 pictures below I used retired salebration paper, dies, and stamp set. We had so many classes canceled this Spring we are trying to use up some of those supplies that did not get used.  I did use the So Sentimental bundle for the greeting from the 2020-21 annual catalog.  I love that pretty dsp and this was a perfect fold to show it off. I cased the card from Patty Bennett.

4 Quick Cards with Minimal Cardstock

 

I will be showing my team how to make these quick cards with 4 coordinating Cardstock colors with matching inks and one stamp set. They will also need 1 1/2” circle punch, trimmer, rhinestones or pearls, greetings stamp set if no greetings in their chosen stamp set. I will have these cards on display at my upcoming Holiday Open House on September 16 from 10 am until 2 pm at 1725 Hagood Loop. There will be paper and ribbon shares for purchase and many cards on display showcasing Holiday products from the Annual and Holiday Mini catalog. Stop by and take a look. Canal Street Class from August 27,2020

These top 2 cards were taught by Nancy. The card below I copied(cased) the idea for the look of a make up compact from Pinterest.  The front design is my own.  I used leftover DSP from the Spring Mini catalog.  The die on the front is the new Hippo and friends dies found in the Annual Catalog.  It is becoming one of my favorite die sets.  The next card is a different fold called Double Flap Fold that I cased from Leann Greff.  I made a few changes with a punched instead of stamped jar and also an extra stamped piece on the inside right of flap.  Scan to the bottom of page to see her Youtube.
