Canal Street Cards from June 12, 2014

These are the two cards Nancy Thompson taught at our class on June 12.

 This card is a case of a card I received while swapping at Convention last Summer.

This card I cased from Amy K who posted it on Pinterest.  I changed the background a bit.

Framed Traveler Card

This is a card I designed for a recent Open House.  I love the new Traveler Stamp set almost as much as I love to travel!  I also used Sea Street Stamp Set to create the frame around the ship.  The words are from Perfect Pennants Stamp Set.  The card base is Early Espresso.  I stamped on Whisper White cardstock with Real Red, Crumb Cake,and Early Espresso ink.  The designer series paper I used is from the Maritime pack.  I cased the idea of the square not from the Occasions catalog using gold metallic baker's twine.  I also used Natural 5/8"  Chevron Ribbon.  To order your supplies to make this card click the sun shop button at the right.

In Color Sea Street Card

This is the make n' take card from our open house on June 5th.  The colors are Lost Lagoon and Tangelo Twist.  The happy birthday is from Says It All stamp set.

Winners of Open House Door Prizes

Thank you to all of you that attended the New Catalog Open House on June 5th.  Nancy and I had 158 cards on display.  We had a free make n' take card using Sea Street and the new In Colors Lost Lagoon and Tangelo Twist.  We gave out 6 door prizes.

Here is a picture of the Sea Street Box Card using Maritime DSP, Night of Navy, Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake, and Real Red ink.  At the bottom the Sparkling Juice and tag made with In This Together stamp set.  The colors used were Coastal Cabana and Perfect Plum.
