The colors are Strawberry slush and Daffodil Delight. The stamp sets are Cycle Celebration #120270 wood $21.95 #130273 clear $16.95(page 10) and Flower shop page 94 bundle prices with matching punch on page 95(save 15% by ordering both). The happy birthday inside is from Create a Cupcake stamp set.
