Chimney Delivery

Don't you just love the cute Santa Scenes in this photopolymer set Get Your Santa On? I did all the coloring with Blendabilities. I shaded the inside of the chimney with Wisteria Wonder(oops, I grabbed to quick). Thank goodness for the Color Lifter. I lightened it and then used the Smoky Slate marker I intended to use. Carrie's Cards from Canal Street Class July 24th, 2014

This is a card I cased from Pinterest for my June Open House with Nancy. It was given away as a door prize. Several people asked to make it at class. Items used to make the card are Scallop border punch, Curly Label Punch, Thoughts and Prayers stamp set for the flower image and Petite Pairs for the greeting. The butterflies are Beautiful Wings embosslit.

This second card I designed uses Flower Frenzy Bigz L die. The DSP is Confetti Celebration. The flower is Hello Honey and Tangelo Twist. The leaf is Bermuda Bay.

Nancy's Card from Canal Street Class on July 24th, 2014

The color DSP, cardstock and ink Nancy used is Tangelo Twist. She used Flower Shop, Beautiful Bunch and Petite Petals stamp sets. All 3 have coordinating punches and look great layered together.

This card uses Traveler, Gorgeous Grunge and Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp sets.

Christmas in July

I was very lucky this year at Convention winning a prize patrol of 2 items from the upcoming Holiday Catalog. It was so fun to be one of the first demonstrators to sit down and use this super cute Santa set called Get Your Santa On #135761 for $15.95 in photopolymer. It will be available for customer purchase on August 28th. I also used a new border punch Confetti Stars #135861 $21.95 also available on August 28th. I colored the images with Cherry Cobbler and Smoky Slate Blendabilities. Check back in the next few days and see other cards I designed with this new set.

Stamped the image on Garden Green Cardstock and cut it out and popped it up on dimensionals.

Look at My Goodies

Carrie's Cards from Canal Street Class Cards from July 10, 2014

I cased this card fold idea from Connie Stewart. We used the Sweet Taffy designer series paper, Flower Patch stamp set and Flower Flair framelits. I love the bright colors.

The second card I used the Traveler Stamp Set. I cased this card from Debbie Design's from Pinterest. I love how the spiral border punch makes it look like a film strip. That was so clever of Debbie to think of that. I used the map background and That's the Ticket also. The colors Coastal Cabana, Pear Pizzazz, and Hello Honey were added with a Work of Art stamp. Birthday Wishes From My Club

Three years ago I started a club of six wonderful ladies to teach them card making skills. They soon became a club of seven. I probably have learned more from them and gained some wonderful friendships! Two of the original six are now fellow Stampin' Up demonstrators in my downline that are teaching their own classes. Two have left the group and are still making beautiful cards. I also have three great new members. Marjean is away for the Summer. These ladies make me feel special every year on my birthday. They had a delicious lunch for me on Monday and created some awesome cards that I would like to share with you. Thank you ladies. You are all wonderful!

The top two cards are Nancy's and the bottom two are mine. I cased the Sea Street Card below from Pinterest. I love the color combination--Pacific Point, Bermuda Bay and Crumb Cake. The bottom card I cased from Connie Babbert. I love the Beautiful Bunch stamp set with the coordinating Fun Flower punch. Punches make a card come together so quickly. I am looking forward to attending Stampin' Up Convention in Salt Lake City this week. I it always so inspiring and I love coming back with so many new ideas.
