This is the cute snowman tea light I made for my scrapbook friends that I have lunch with every Saturday. I got the idea from Becky Roberts(Inking Idaho). I used the
itty bitty banner framelits to make the scarf. Mine is the melted snowman look.(of course, it's too warm in Florida for snowmen). The eyes and mouth are pearls colored with a black sharpie.
