Canal Street Class Cards from Jume 11, 2015
The first two cards Nancy taught the group. They stamped the koala on the Whisper White paper and again on the Basic Gray paper and cut out the body except the ears. On the second card, blender pens were used to color the inside of the flowers.
The next two cards I taught. The focus was use of window sheets. In the first card we made a shaker card. We used a none Stampin' Up die to create the frame. We stamped the word create with Black Staz On ink on the window sheet. The Endless Birthday Wishes cake is stamped on the Whisper White card front. We made the confetti for inside the shaker card with the fringe scissors. We used Cherry On Top DSP for the card. I love the color combinations in this paper!
This second card I cased from Jan Tinklenberg. We used the window sheet to create the reflection of the ship. First we stamped on the Very Vanilla piece of cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Then we stamped the ship again on a window sheet. We turned the window sheet over so the ink is facing down and matched up the bottoms of the ship. Holding firmly, rub on the window sheet to transfer the ink. We then sponged ink to create the water and added some white gel pen marks for the waves.

Sharing New Product with My Team
In May demonstrators were able to buy a sampling of new product from the upcoming Annual Catalog available June 2, 2015. We always anxiously await to see the new In Colors. I am a fan of all the new colors. At our May Team meeting the demonstrators in my downline were able to make these cards with the new products. The top card used Sprinkles of Life Stamp set. It will cost $21. Stampin' Up will donate $3 for each stamp set sold to Ronald McDonald House. This an absolute favorite stamp set of mine in the new catalog! It is so versatile. It has a matching tree builder punch too. Think trees, clouds, cupcakes, ice cream cones, baskets of apples or flowers. And it comes with several cute sayings as well. The paper I used is called Cherry on Top. I actually used the apple from this tree punch for my cherry. The itty bitty epoxy stickers made it shine! The embossing folder used is called Boho Chic.
The second card used You've Got This stamp set. We stamped the linen looking background with pool party ink. We then used Watermelon Wonder and Delightful Dijon markers for the flower and Cucumber Crush for the stem. The sentiment is stamped in Tip Top Taupe. Don't you love the new 2015-2017 In Color Blossom Accents and new 1" Dotted Lace Trim in Tip Top Taupe? We created the banners on both cards with the new Banner Triple punch. It cuts 1", 1 1/2", 2" widths. You can cut smaller widths by centering the paper.
Contact me for a free annual catalog. I will be having an open house showcasing the new product on June 29 from 10am to 2pm. There will be paper and ribbon shares for purchase, a make n' take and lots of samples. If you would like to join my team, contact me today. We would love to stamp with you and share ideas at our quarterly meetings.
