Shoebox Swap with my Team

Three times a year members of my team get together to have a class for each other. Everyone brings the supplies for those in their group of 4 to 5 people to make a card or 3D item. We had 12 people participate this time. Shirley also made a cute Halloween treat for us. Thanks Shirley.  Everyone also brought an ingredient for our salad bar lunch. It was a frightfully fun day!

September's Team Meeting Card

This is the card my team made at our recent meeting.  We started by using sponge daubers to ink up a piece of  glossy paper with Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Berry Burst ink.  We stamped the outline leave stamp with Archival Black ink.  Then we die cut leaves. One leave was cut with Champagne Foil sheets. We embossed the white mat with Pinewood Planks. I love how it turned out.  Everyone's leaves looked a little different.  Go ahead and try this techniques yourselves.  You'll love it too!

Canal Street Class October 9,2017

 The top 2 cards I used Seasonal Chums to create.  The bottom card used Ribbon of Courage. Since this is the month to celebrate breast cancer awareness I plan to send these cards to some friends who have battled this horrible disease with courage.
