Canal Street Recreation class July 23, 2020

 Nancy used the Sunflowers die to create this pretty card.

 We made this fun masculine card with Outdoor Barbeque stamp set which is already retired. The ink colors are Real Red and Memento Tuxedo Black. I colored the grill with light Smoky Slate Blends. The Pretty Parasol card colors are Terracotta Tile and Mint Macaron.  We used the umbrella  builder punch and hippo  friends die.

                            This last card was taught by Nancy.

Canal Class July 9, 2020

 The first card i designed with the Prized Peony Bundle. The die used to cut front panel is not a Stampin' Up die.

 The Seaside Notion stamp set was used with versa mark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The greeting was stamped in Blueberry Bushel ink on a Ornate Greeting die.

These are the 2 cards Nancy taught.  She used Many Layered Blossoms die.  It was so nice to be back at class. We are just using open crafting time at the recreation center so we only have 8 people in a class. Everyone was so appreciative of something to do. Friday June 26 Nancy and I will have a Open House with ribbon and paper shares at my home.  More information will be coming.  I plan to set up on the lanai weather permitting.  It will most likely be from 10 am until 2 pm but you will need to call me to set up an appointment for a time so we limit the number here at one time. All designer series papers will be available for shares of 1/4 package.  There will be an In Color ribbon share of 2 yds of each and 2 other bundles of ribbon for 1/5 package. Grace's Garden Meets March & April Paper Pumpkin

Many demonstrators look for inspiration from things around them. I used this Easter plate I purchased last year. Without realizing it I also gained some inspiration from my teapot and tea cup that is displayed in my dining room right now. See my card below. I used the rabbit from March paper pumpkin kit and the out side greetings from April paper pumpkin kit.  The inside greeting is from Well Said. I hope my mom likes it. She used to really enjoy gardening.

Stamp sets will continue to be made until May 15 then they are while supplies left.  All other products are while supplies left.  The basket weave folder is already gone.  Single Blends will only be sold through June 2.  June 3 Combo Blends will be the only option.
