I cased this card and I'm sorry I don't remember from whom.  If you know please send me a comment so I can give her credit.  I received a request for the measurements for this card, see below

CARD BASE 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
MAT 4" x 5 1/4"
Designer Series Paper DSP 2 1/2" x 1 7/8"
Washi Tape 4" or ribbon 4 1/2"
Whisper White 1 3/4" square- stamp and punch artisan label punch
Colored cardstock  2 1/4" x 1 1/2" punch with extra large oval punch
